The Taymount Grange Resident’s Association (TAGRA) aims to build, improve and maintain a positive community for all residents of Taymount Grange. TAGRA is currently run by a voluntary committee of five residents and Annual General Meetings (AGM’s) are held once a year. The committee endeavours to represent the views and issues of all residents of Taymount Grange with regards to service charges, major and emergency works, potential improvements and general housekeeping. Further, to ensure that scheduled maintenance and repair work is completed to a high standard, as well as being appropriately and competitively priced beforehand.
TAGRA strives to ensure that all additions, alteration, modification, improvements to the exterior and interior communal spaces are in-keeping with the original 1930s period styling of Taymount Grange.
